WHAT'S COVERED?
Our products will last you forever, yet there might be a scarce chance that you received a defective product; hence we offer a TWO YEARS guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use. Suppose a defect arises in the product; you can follow the instructions for returning the product at the bottom of this page. In that case, thevastucompass.com, to the extent permitted by law, will replace the product with a new product equivalent to the product that is to be replaced. However, Thevastucompass.com shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to thevastucompass.com. When a replacement is given, the returned product becomes the thevastucompass.com property.
THEVASTUCOMPASS.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR TO ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT COME IN CONTACT WITH OUR PRODUCTS. NOT USING GENUINE THEVASTUCOMPASS.COM PRODUCTS, IN ADDITION TO THROWING, BANGING OR RECKLESSLY ROTATING THE VASTU DISC OR MAGNETIC COMPASS, CAN RESULT IN DAMAGE TO BOTH THE VASTU DISC, THE MAGNETIC COMPASS, THE CRYSTAL AND THE BASE; ALWAYS ROTATE WITH A HIGH DEGREE OF CARE. OVER TIME, WEAR AND TEAR TO THE VASTU COMPASS WHEN USING THE COMPASS IS NORMAL. OUR VASTU COMPASSES ARE DESIGNED TO BE USED SOLELY TO IDENTIFY ROOMS AND SPACES AS PER VASTU SHASTRA PRINCIPLES AND FOR CREATING A POSITIVE ENERGY IN YOUR HOME AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM OF WARRANTY BOTH FROM AND TO THE THEVASTUCOMPASS.COM WARRANTY FACILITY ARE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER
This warranty remains in effect during the first two years from the date of shipping.
Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured by thevastucompass.com. This limited warranty does not apply to damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-thevastucompass.com products.
This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage to the item after the sale date; this warranty does not cover regular wear and tear. Specific properties of PLA or plastics (such as but not limited to the natural discoloration, scratches, shape change due to temperature, the softness of material...) and natural tendencies of relevant metals and substances are not covered by this warranty. The loss of magnetic properties of the magnetic compass due to external or natural influences is not covered by this warranty.
Thevastucompass.com reserves the right to determine what is deemed an accident, abuse, misuse, and misapplication.
Plated & painted items are assumed to lose their plated coat from regular use and "wear and tear" over time; the warranty does not cover this.
Any shipping costs or fees are not covered under this warranty to the extent permitted by law. All shipping costs required to receive the item by thevastucompass.com or at the customer's preferred address(in reshipping) will need to be paid in advance.
Do not expose your Vastu compass products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the product's appearance. These include, but are not limited to, extreme temperatures, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.
This limited warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in place of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. To the extent permitted by law, thevastucompass.com expressly disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Thevastucompass.com cannot lawfully disclaim implied warranties under this limited warranty and warranties against hidden or latent defects. Thevastucompass.com is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other legal theory. No thevastucompass.com retailer, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this limited warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
